Why did you decide to be a helper in OTARU TAP ROOM?

北海道に長く滞在したいと思い、小樽のタップルームがヘルパーを募集しているのを見つけました。連絡を取ると、すぐに小樽でタップルームのヘルパーとして働くことになりました！

I wanted to stay in Hokkaido for a longer time and I found the Taproom’s call for helpers in Otaru . I contacted them and before long I was in Otaru working as a helper at the Taproom!

皆本当に親切で、同僚のカナコさんやノアさん、そして出会った他のスタッフたちとの仕事は楽しかったです。

バーテンダーの綾野さんと話しながら、バーでビールを楽しむことも時々ありました！

Everybody was really nice, I enjoyed working with my coworkers Kanako and Noa and the other helpers I met along the way. Also sometimes enjoying a beer at the bar talking with the bartender Ayano!

バーでは”Englishi night”など外国人や地元の人々が交流するイベントがいくつか開催され、大きなハロウィンパーティーもありました。

There were several events organised at the bar like English nights, joining foreigners and locals together and there was a big Halloween party as well.

滞在中は北海道を旅し、美しい景色を楽しみ、新しい食べ物や飲み物を試すとともに、道中で本当に素敵な人々に出会えました！

During my stay I managed to travel around in Hokkaido, see it’s very beautiful sceneries, try out new food and drinks and meet really nice people along the way!

アルバイトも見つかり、この経験全体がより豊かなものになりました。小樽も本当に好きになり、将来また訪れるかもしれません！

I even managed to find part time jobs, that really made this whole experience more colourful. I really started to like Otaru as well, I might go back there again in the future!

この3ヶ月間で、数えきれないほどの思い出、素晴らしい会話、美味しい食事、そして友人たちを得ることができました。これらすべてに心から感謝しています！だからこそ、去るのが本当に辛かったです。

小樽とタップルームは、短期でも長期でも、誰にでもぜひお勧めします。きっと素敵な体験になるでしょう！

I really recommend Otaru and the Taproom to everyone, short term, long term, it’s going to be a nice experience!
